  As a first-time visitor to Brighton Eye Associates I was very pleased with my entire experience. The building was pleasant, nicely organized (from reception area to examination spaces), clean and effective. The staff was wonderful making me feel welcome and properly cared for. The online "document filing" also enhanced my experience as I could do required paperwork prior to my actual visit so I skipped the "balance clip-board on legs" form filling out and simply checked-in, hung out and was ushered into examination with minimal fuss. The technician doing preliminary assessments and the doctor who carried out the full examination were professional, easy to work with and friendly. I was entirely comfortable working with them both (an important point when technology in near your eyeballs). I was also impressed with the diagnostic equipment (it had been awhile since my last eye exam) - interesting, effective and non-invasive. The conclusion of my visit was also carried out with professional competence. After my exam was complete, I picked out frames for my new glasses, signed off on forms and confirmed my insurance coverage + my payment obligations and once more was delighted with results. I didn't feel taken-advantage of or guided toward any "more expensive" options with pressure sales - just polite help to get me what I needed in the price range I was comfortable with. I will return to this office for all future eye services and happily give them an "excellent" rating."

  The staff is professional, efficient and extremely helpful. You walk in and are greeted immediately to a very clean and friendly office! Dr. Baker is by far one of the best doctors in the business. She is helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!!!

  I will not go back, needed to get in for a contact that I lost or get a replacement with an appointment scheduled the next day. Sorry I know my last appointment was 2 years ago but to leave someone blind for over a day is not cool. Even asked the lady to talk to the Dr. she told me she did and Baker said sorry nothing can be done. Go to Walmart Dr. Brown has much better customer service!!!
